2018 Veterans Business Battle Applications open 11 November 17
Veterans Business Battle selects 18 finalists to compete for investment money
Veterans’ Business Battle inspires our country's military veterans to take their proven leadership skills into the business world by stimulating entrepreneurship and helping to launch and grow veteran-owned businesses.
It is the largest veteran-focused business competition in the country and serves as a forum to connect veterans with investors, advisers and resources. It's our goal to lead as many veteran-owned businesses to success as possible.
Last year, the 3rd annual EO Veterans Business Battle was held at Rice University in Houston. Eighteen finalists were invited to pitch their ideas to a small group of investors and business owners from a pool of 125 applicants from across the country that included all branches of military service.
More than $900,000 of investment offers were extended to small, veteran-owned businesses that presented at the competition! If you're ready to fight for your shot at becoming the next success story, join us on 13 and 14 April at the fourth Veterans Business Battle. The competition, a one-of-a-kind opportunity that is exclusive to military veterans, will be open to all types of businesses in various phases.
Qualifying individuals or teams must apply to participate in the competition by January 16th, 2018. Finalists will be notified by February 16th and be invited to pitch their idea to investors and judges during the competition April 13-14, 2018.
